Case Study:  This paper draws upon your readings and requires research beyond the classroom.  The topic is leadership responses to the Ferguson riots.  Using the ICS courses and the National Response Framework (NRF) as your guide, identify 3 key areas that (from a CJ leadership perspective) contributed to the riots after Officer Wilson’s acquittal.   Make recommendations that would prevent riots in the future as per your ICS studies and drawing from your coursework.  Your paper must be a minimum of 5 pages (this does not include the title page or reference list).  Please review the rubric for assessing your paper.  You must have a minimum of 5 scholarly sources to support your assessment (You can use non-scholarly sources in addition to the scholarly).  No abstract for this paper. Remember to identify the three main aspects of your paper.  Refer to my announcement early in the semester if you need to refresh on my expectations on writing.This paper must be a minimum of 5 pages of content and conform at APA standards (6th Ed), excluding the title and reference pages.  You are required to have a minimum of five scholarly citations.I need the in-text citations in the paper. this instructor is critical on papers.
