Create a cause-and-effect diagram with the effect equal to success in your next job. Success should include finding the job, but also being successful in that job. I suggest a variation on the classic 6M’s of manufacturing (Manpower, Methods, Materials, Machines, Measures, and Mother Nature). One  modification would be People, Processes, Information, Technology, Measures, and Environment. 

The document should be a Word document with an embedded diagram graph. Discuss your process to achieve success without referring to every detail on your CED.
