Explain the difference between a reasonable person rule and a reasonable officer rule.
Do the courts hold police officers to the same legal standards as an ordinary citizen when it pertains to the use of force, specifically deadly force? Why or why not?
Based on your readings and other course work, what are the concepts that an officer needs to know in the field to ensure their actions are legal and ethical with regards to use of force?
