Title for the Paper: Religion in the Ancient World

Overview of what the Paper has to be about: In this assignment you will examine ethical monotheism (belief in a single god who demands moral behavior) in the ancient world. The Hebrews are the most noted of the ancient peoples whose religion was based on ethical monotheism, but followers of both Zoroastrianism and Atenism (a religion introduced by Pharaoh Akhenaten) also practiced a form of it. In your essay you are to compare and contrast the religious beliefs of Judaism, Zoroastrianism and Atenism.

Requirements: At least 700 words.

Details: This assignment should achieve a couple of goals. The first goal is to compare and contrast three different religions in the ancient world. The second goal is to allow you to become accustomed to using the online resources.
