-Allow for several reasons:

A.Family relations.

B. benefit from their knowledge and their experiences because they have jobs before such as doctors, teachers and many different jobs and make them citizens who serve the country for the better. (maybe they are illegal in US because their countries in a war or economic devastation, but they have certificates)

C. Labor is provided with low wages compared to what they were getting from their countries.

4.the four body is arguing about the topic using pathos , Ethos and logos.
