Think of a time when you had a successful negotiation. If you do not have experience negotiating in professional situations, you can draw on your experience negotiating with friends, family, and others. Using terminology and knowledge from this module and the assigned readings, discuss how you used two communication techniques to bring the negotiation to a successful close.
