I need help with a Political Science question. All explanations and answers will be used to help me learn.

Last week we were able to evaluate US foreign policy through the specific lens of particularly cases. Specifically, we attempted to link the events of 9/11 to the conflicts that followed and better understand their successes and failures. Given that most of you have been living in the post-9/11 world and have the gift of hindsight to inform your views of these conflicts, some of what we discussed might have been new to you. Please answer the following in a few brief sentences:

1. What (if any) of you perceptions changed or were highlighted by our case discussion of Iraq and/or Afghanistan?

2. What appears to be the most significant policy challenge decision-makers faced in those early years following 9/11?
