It must include all of these: 1.The week’s goals- 14 points Explanation: Presentation of the project proposal to the stakeholders: Same day surgery and PACU nurses, the unit manager, Informatics staff 2.Activities and events that happened this week, including accomplishments and disappointments- 14 points Explanation: Created a nursing documentation tool according to the nursing policies and standard of nursing practice in the Fresno VA Medical Center and The Joint Commission. Chart audits was started. There are about 125 charts to be reviewed. Each audit is 10 minutes. 3.Hurdles and barriers- 14 points Explanation: Time constraints with chart audits. Few staff in the department 4.Project revisions or adjustments- 14 points Explanation: The results will be discussed, and education, coaching and training is expected. 5.Next week’s goals- 14 points Explanation: Complete the chart audits and evaluate the project.
